The Innocent Law Firm
Kimberly Innocent founded The Innocent Law Firm to represent policyholders in property insurance disputes. She is licensed in Florida and Nebraska and has focused her practice on insurance litigation for over a decade.
She began her career on the defense side, first in workers' compensation and then in first-party property litigation. That background gives her a working knowledge of how insurers evaluate, adjust and litigate claims, which she now uses on behalf of homeowners.
Her practice centers on first-party property insurance disputes: breach of contract and declaratory relief actions arising from water damage, windstorm, hurricane and other losses. She represents homeowners and condominium associations in courts throughout Florida. Her litigation work includes discovery and summary judgment practice, expert challenges, and trial.
She is a graduate of Florida International University College of Law, where she was a member of the Trial Team.
